Ayurvedic psychology, physiology daily & seasonal routines, unique body constitutions, and nutrition are some of the main topics that will be covered.
This includes daily and seasonal living routines with the aim of maintaining optimal health. The understanding and implementation of these rituals will help an individual to feel more balanced and healthy.
